Byfleet Care Clinic’s Independent Living Support is not a care agency.

We are a CQC-registered clinical provider, offering wellbeing-focused support under the regulated activity of Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI).

Our mission is to help older adults remain independent, emotionally well, and medically monitored — all without the need for traditional personal care.

  • No hourly billing

  • No rotating staff

All visits are delivered by trained Wellness Companions, overseen by our NMC-registered team.

Your annual membership includes 8 structured wellness visits per month, plus:

  • Monthly Health MOTs (Blood Pressure, Hydration, Emotional Check-ins)
  • Annual Blood Profile Kit
  • Earwax Microsuction
  • Relaxation & Circulation Foot Treatment
  • Emotional Wellbeing Support
  • Light Escort to Appointments
  • Personalised Wellness Reports (twice yearly)
  • Optional stoma/catheter observation (under TDDI scope)
  • Advice & referrals if needs change (e.g. to personal care)

All services are designed to support your health, safety, and independence — while avoiding decline and unnecessary admissions.
